Chapter I · A note from the creator

Why this exists.

Ibuilt It Will Pass because the apps I could recommend to people in difficult moments always asked too much of them. A sign-up. A subscription. A quiz. A recommendation engine.

What I kept wanting was something quieter. A single, private place that opens fast, says very little, and offers a handful of tools that are known to help some people some of the time. Nothing is promised here.

If it helps you find a little more room to breathe — that's enough.
